This Winter Visit Southern California Coast
Enjoy this winter with a trip to the Southern California coast near Los angeles, and be reminded of why artists, surfers, and others, love it. The most commonly used physical boundary to demarcate Southern California from Northern California is the Tehachapi Mountains. The San Joaquin Valley lies North of the Tehachapi Mountains. The long descent of Interstate 5, called The Grapevine (for the grapevines that grow on the side of the mountains) slides down to the San Joaquin Valley. But in the other direction, south, lies the great behemoth, Los Angeles. In northwestern Los Angeles lie the Santa Monica Mountains. They dive into the sea at Malibu. I love to travel the Pacific Coast Highway by bike, motorcycle or car. Just be careful not to get in an accident ove there.
Malibu, Santa Monica, Orange County, and San Diego, are the cities many people think of when they think of Southern California. The beaches grace the sea like a stunning and precious necklace, and all that lies inland is like a lady’s dress; sometimes dowdy and tattered, and sometimes hip and stylish. As an aside if you need a motorcycle or Los Angeles car accident attorney or for that matter a personal injury lawyer in Los Angeles then take a look at this site, it is a good resource for that, I think you can appreciate it. A good car accident attorney can be hard to find after all, especially in Los Angeles. If you begin your trip in the north, stop at the Leo Carrillo State Beach, just south of the Los Angeles County line. When I lived there, I thought Leo Carrillo must be some Spanish Explorer with a metal bonnet. Maybe someone needs an attorney?
