The Three-Week Habit
Good to be back to Santa Monica. Did you know that researchers have found that you can make a new habit in three weeks? So make a three-week plan. Good eating will become a habit, and you’ll find you even begin to prefer the food. For me personally, I started doing the healthy thing after my rotator cuff tear

Fit in some stretching. Take a walk around the block. Working exercise in with little bouts makes it easy and it’s just as effective. For dinner, bake some chicken breasts with olive oil and spices. Steam some spinach and add some corn or a potato—but watch out—add spices and olive oil to the potato and forget the unhealthy margarine or butter.
